According to the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, many people are looking into their teeth whitening options nowadays because they want their smile to be whiter and brighter. The following are four great and helpful natural remedies that can help whiten someones teeth when they are at home.

Natural remedy #1 – make a paste using baking soda and hydrogen peroxide to gently brush the teeth. The baking soda acts as a mild abrasive, and the hydrogen peroxide bleaches the stains away.

Natural remedy #2 – after brushing the teeth, mix 1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide and ½ cup of water, and swish in the mouth for about one minute.

Natural remedy #3 – make a paste using one teaspoon of baking soda and ½ teaspoon of sea salt and gently brush the teeth for two minutes.

Natural remedy #4 – make a paste using one teaspoon of turmeric powder and a little bit of water and gently brush the teeth for two minutes.
